Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered subject to product availability.
If an exchange is requested due to incorrect size or colour selection by the customer, the customer will be responsible for both return shipping to us and reshipping from our office.
- All exchange requests must comply with our return eligibility requirements.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable or out of stock, store credit equivalent to the value of the original item purchased will be issued.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will bear both return and replacement shipping costs. Replacement items are subject to availability.If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued as an alternative.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are strictly non-returnable.
Refunds
Upon inspection and approval of your returned item(s) (within 5–7 working days), store credit equivalent to the full value of the original item purchased will be issued.
All refunds are provided exclusively in the form of store credit:
- Store credit has no expiry date
- Store credit is non-transferable and not for resale
Please note that cash refunds, online transfers, and credit card refunds are not available under any circumstances. Store credit remains our sole refund method.
