Estimated Delivery Time (ETA)
Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered within the following timeframe after dispatch:
- West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): 7-14 working days
While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, slight delays may occur during peak periods such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Christmas, sales events, or due to courier-related factors beyond our control.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Unpaid Orders
Unpaid orders will be reserved for up to 24 hours only, unless stated otherwise.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been successfully received.
Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that longer processing times may occur during peak seasons or in the event of temporary stock shortages. Customers will be notified should this happen.
